This course examines how strategy is executed through the way an organisation is structured, led, run, governed, and legally formed. Learners study organisational structures, leadership styles, and decision-making models and how to align them with strategy; process optimisation techniques for operational excellence; and enterprise technology systems and performance dashboards that turn data into decisions. It then covers corporate governance and compliance — the pillars, structures, and frameworks that build trust and manage risk — and closes with strategic legal structures and entity selection, linking legal form to tax, liability, and growth. Real cases illustrate how execution choices support or hinder strategic goals.
