This seven-hour course offers a practical introduction to strategic management — the process of formulating, implementing, and evaluating the decisions that help an organisation achieve its long-term goals. Across three lessons, learners move from the foundations of strategic thinking, through the historical evolution of the field, to the core frameworks managers use today. Theory is paired with real cases, reflections, and quizzes.
