Personal Improvement Strategies

This course develops the personal leadership and professional-growth capabilities that underpin a strategic career. Learners begin with leadership and emotional intelligence — key leadership theories and styles and Goleman’s five EI competencies — and how EI drives team performance. They then build personal productivity and goal-setting skills, followed by self-development and lifelong learning. The course closes with career growth and strategic networking — planning a career path, building a professional brand, and cultivating relationships and mentors. Throughout, the focus is on applying strategic-management thinking to: setting direction, aligning effort, and adapting continuously.

Assessment and Grading

Your performance will be evaluated based on:

• Complete the lessons: Active participation and completion of all lessons.
