This course examines the human side of strategy execution: how leaders, culture, and human psychology determine whether strategy actually gets delivered. It covers leadership styles and strategy execution — the major styles and how they shape execution, aligning vision, leadership behaviour, and systems using frameworks like McKinsey’s 7-S. It then addresses corporate culture and change management — what culture is, how it enables or blocks change, and models for leading organisational change. It closes with behavioural economics in strategy — how cognitive biases, heuristics, nudging, and decision framing shape the choices of leaders, employees, and customers.
